Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of the reservations process, including receiving inquiries, processing bookings, and confirming reservations for rafting tours Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about tour options, availability, pricing, and policies Utilize reservation software/systems to manage bookings, update guest information, and process payments Collaborate with other internal departments, such as the operations team, to coordinate and schedule tour logistics per customer preferences Provide recommendations and guidance to guests based on their preferences and expertise knowledge of rafting tours, routes, safety protocols, and available add-ons Maintain excellent product knowledge to accurately communicate the unique selling points, features, and benefits of our rafting tours Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues that may arise before, during, or after the tour, providing prompt and satisfactory solutions Create and distribute all necessary documentation for guests, including confirmations, itineraries, and waivers Prepare statistical reports and conduct analysis of reservations data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements Assist in creating and implementing reservation policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve the guest experience Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional material, including descriptions, photos, and videos, for use in marketing and sales efforts Requirements: Proven experience in reservations management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally an
