Residence Supervisor/Housing Coordinator

Ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment for all employees in park/company housing by enforcing housing policies, overseeing daily cleaning and maintenance, coordinating room assignments, and organizing recreational activities for all employees at Paradise Inn. Maintain accurate housing records, including room assignments. Additionally, take on the responsibility of managing staff schedules, conducting dorm and room inspections, resolving disputes, and overseeing employee arrivals and departures. This position reports directly to Human Resources. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Under the direction of HR, thoroughly clean all employee housing units at the beginning and end of each season. Create and manage the weekly schedules for Residence Coordinators, ensuring proper coverage and workflow. Conduct regular dorm and room inspections to ensure compliance with housing policies. Serve as the first point of contact for handling disputes or conflicts among residents, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of housing through daily cleaning of all Paradise housing areas. Regularly cleaning hallways, common areas, bathrooms, and surrounding grounds of employee housing areas. Maintaining awareness of safety and repair issues and reporting them immediately. Stocking supplies in employee common areas. Working with HR department to coordinate and provide regular, quality recreation programs for employees, both on-site and off-site. May include driving employees in company-provided vehicles. In coordination with HR department, manage employee arrival and departure process for all employees. May include driving employees to/from Seattle/Tacoma airport. Show new employees their rooms and give a tour of all employee work areas and EDR. Act as on-site liaison between employees in housing and HR administration.
