Restaurant Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check customers' identification to verify their age Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Upsell additional food and beverage items Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts Previous Experience: Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service Understanding of food safety regulations and practices Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Experience working in banquet settings is an advantage Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
