Retail Sales Associate

Our sales associates work as a team to greet our customers and keep the store looking sharp! Duties include welcoming shoppers to our stores, assisting customers with product info, recommendations, and helping them find the perfect keepsake. Expect a fast-paced atmosphere as we fold garments, restock inventory, and maintain our merchandising displays. Be prepared to get your 10,000 steps each day, and be able to do some light lifting if necessary. This is a great place to start if you're looking to get some customer service experience! Responsibilities Include: Maintaining a safe, clean, fun, and orderly store environment Welcoming customers to our stores Assisting shoppers with product info, recommendations, availability, etc. Promoting and selling products Folding garments and restocking inventory Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal skills Friendly, upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality The ability to treat all shoppers equally and to make them feel welcome in our stores Team player with the ability to take direction and work independently Ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy Reliable and punctual Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds
