This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with people, managing staff and contractors, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily park operations, including reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest services • Manage a 174-site property with seasonal tenants and visitors • Supervise maintenance, groundskeeping, and seasonal staff • Enforce park rules, policies, and safety standards • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, utilities, and improvements • Handle budgeting, reporting, and basic bookkeeping • Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and ownership Qualifications: • Previous experience in campground, RV park, or hospitality management preferred • Strong leadership and customer service skills • Basic knowledge of property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, landscaping) a plus • Ability to handle scheduling, budgeting, and administrative duties • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods Compensation: • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) • On-site housing option may be available Apply for this Job
