Based in Scottsdale, AZ, we are known globally for our medical-grade bike fitting, biomechanics expertise, and highly personalized client experience. We operate on a concierge-style model blending elite performance science with thoughtful, premium hospitality. Clients visit us for scheduled fittings, custom bike deliveries, follow-up appointments, or to shop intentionally for their next bike or equipment. Walk-in guests are always welcome and are guided into the Cyclologic experience with the same care and attention as scheduled clients. We are seeking a Sales & Client Experience Concierge to represent the front of the house and serve as a trusted guide for our clients. The Role This is not a traditional transactional sales role or a high-volume bike shop position. As a Sales & Client Experience Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in the studio. Your role is to understand why a client is visiting, prepare for their experience, and support them through their journey whether that includes purchasing a bike from the sales floor, coordinating a custom bike delivery, scheduling bike fits, or helping them plan their next step. Sales are an important part of the role, particularly for bikes and accessories available on the sales floor. However, success is measured by quality of experience, trust, and long-term relationships, not pressure-driven transactions. Most custom bike builds are led by our fit and analysis team; your role is to support and complete the experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver a calm, professional, concierge-level client experience in a premium studio environment Welcome both scheduled clients and walk-in guests, guiding them thoughtfully into the Cyclologic process Sell bikes and accessories available on the sales floor, aligned with client needs and fit outcomes Prepare for client visits by understanding the purpose of their appointment (fit, delivery, follow-up, or shopping) Schedule bike fits and assist clients in planning the appropriate next steps Support custom bike deliveries in coordination with fitters, service, and purchasing teams Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication within the CRM Maintain strong product knowledge across bikes, accessories, and apparel Assist with merchandising, product placement, and maintaining an elevated studio presentation Ensure the sales floor and inventory reflect Cyclologic’s high-end standards Complete required product education and brand training in a timely manner Perform opening and closing duties as directed by the Store Manager Experience & Traits We’re Looking For Experience in premium retail, hospitality, or client-facing sales environments Comfort working with high-end products and discerning clients Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask across clients, schedules, and internal teams Experience using CRM systems and technology tools Professional, composed, and service-oriented demeanor Passion for cycling, performance, or premium service culture strongly preferred Why Cyclologic This is a unique opportunity to work in a one-of-a-kind cycling analysis studio that combines elite performance science with a concierge approach to retail.
