Position Summary The Server & Bartender provides exceptional guest service in both dining and bar areas, delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest. This role combines the responsibilities of a server and bartender, ensuring that guests enjoy not only exceptional meals made with locally sourced ingredients and ranch-raised meats but also elegantly crafted cocktails and beverages. The Server & Bartender is an integral part of our front-of-house team, engaging directly with guests, managing drink orders, and providing knowledge of our scratch-made menu items and drinks. Key Responsibilities Serve all meals and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism, ensuring a seamless five-star dining experience. Take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring all guest requests and special dietary preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen. Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, offering personalized recommendations to guests. Ensure a clean and organized bar and dining area throughout service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Assist guests with menu questions, providing knowledge of scratch-made dishes, ranch-raised meats, and daily specials. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering service with a positive and friendly attitude. Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods. Process room charges and tabs accurately and timely Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with guests of all ages and backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Physically fit and able to complete food service tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
