About the Role Serving at Majestic Dude Ranch is an exciting, fast-paced position that plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience. This role requires someone who can multitask, think on their feet, and take pride in delivering exceptional service in a dynamic lodge environment. Successful servers are authentic, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain a calm, hospitable presence while juggling multiple responsibilities. This position also requires stepping into various lodge support duties and assisting across front-of-house and kitchen operations. The Dining Room Server provides genuine hospitality across diverse meal settings — indoor dining, patio service, and outdoor cookouts — and is essential in helping maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lodge atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities Deliver exceptional tableside service with a warm, attentive, and positive attitude Build rapport with guests by remembering names, preferences, and special requests Communicate clearly with guests and ensure all needs are met with care Bus tables promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area after each meal Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, saloon, patio, bathrooms, storage spaces, and the front of the lodge Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure buffet items are replenished and meals are presented to high standards Keep beverages, snacks, and guest amenities well-stocked before, during, and after meal service Assist with daily lodge responsibilities, including setup, side wor
