Server - Must be able to stay through October 4 Job Summary We’re looking for an energetic, guest-focused Server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering personalized, memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is attentive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with guests while maintaining efficiency and accuracy during high-volume service. Must be 19 years of age. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·      Welcome diners and build rapport to create a welcoming, personalized experience ·      Guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and accommodate preferences or dietary needs ·      Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly ·      Monitor tables proactively, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests ·      Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions ·      Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables and service areas ·      Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff ·      Carry trays and deliver ordered items to correct tables/customers ·      Complete side work such as: polishing silverware, polishing glassware, folding linen, regular cleaning of beverage machines, preparing side sauces, cleaning of server areas etc. ·      Take initiative to complete necessary tasks without needing to be directed Qualifications ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·      Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment ·      Genuine passion for hospitality and personalized guest service ·      Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ·      Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude ·      Previous serving or customer service experience preferred The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
