Job Description: Server: Our Servers are a bit different that some server jobs that you’ve had in the past. Here, you have access to a small team to help you create amazing experiences for our guests. Your FOH team will be made up of bussers, runners, hosts, leads, expo, etc, that are there for the single purpose to make great things happen for our guests and to assist you in the constant elevation of the customer experience. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Server Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills with a hands-on, guest-first attitude This position requires lots of fast walking, lifting and carrying of items Ability to delegate to a small team Tactfulness and the ability to know when to lead and be led Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and POS systems Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Complete background check Expectations: This is a seasonal business, seeing it through to the end of the season is expected and preferred Being a seasonal business, our success depends on flexibility and teamwork during peak times. Employees should expect to work a variety of schedules that may include weekends, holidays, late nights, early mornings, and other hours as business needs require.
