Summary Goldbelt TRAM is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver. The Shuttle Driver will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient shuttle and parking operations, providing guests with a positive arrival and departure experience. We're excited to share that the job is based in beautiful Juneau, Alaska! We kindly ask that all applicants either live in Juneau or be open to relocating at their own expense. Pay and Benefits: Seasonal Employees are eligible for the Seasonal Employee Layoff Bonus Plan. The plan is designed to provide an effective means to motivate and compensate eligible seasonal employees during the term of their assignment. However, Goldbelt, Inc. may, in certain limited circumstances, grant discretionary performance bonuses outside of this program, in the sole discretion of the Company. Goldbelt, Inc. hopes that by providing short-term incentive compensation, this will motivate and increase the retention rate among its employees which in turn will enhance Goldbelt Inc.’s long-term value. Starting Rate: $22.00 - DOE Job Duties Operates assigned shuttle routes safely and consistently providing reliable and timely transport. Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Direct vehicles to available parking spaces in an organized and efficient manner Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional assistance as needed Collect parking fees and issue receipts, ensuring accuracy in transactions Monitor the parking lot area for any safety hazards or security concerns, taking appropriate action as needed Manage traffic flow within the parking
