We’re looking for Ski & Snowboard Professionals to join our Mountain Sports School team in Girdwood, Alaska . What You’ll Do As a Ski & Snowboard Pro , you will teach alpine skiing or snowboarding to children and adults of all ability levels by focusing on the fundamentals of on-mountain safety while providing a fun on-snow experience. Extensive training is provided for inexperienced to advanced candidates. The Mountain Sports School is a collection of dedicated professional instructors who are committed to cultivating exceptional guest experiences that create an “Adventure of a Lifetime” for our guests. Our Pros know more than just teaching; they forge deep personal connections with our guests and create new perspectives. The Mountain Sports School is dedicated to talent development and offers industry-leading training that supports our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Teach group and private lessons, including beginner lessons for both adults and children. Deliver amazing guest experiences in a safe and professional manner, provide feedback to guests that encourages growth and engagement with the sport. Provide exceptional guest service while always maintaining safety as a priority. Support the Mountain Sports School in all facets, including scanning, setting up learning zones, running surface lifts, handing out program lunches, and other duties as assigned. Attend all required trainings and meetings.
