Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests, providing excellent customer service Schedule spa appointments and assist with guest inquiries Process payments and manage cash handling Maintain knowledge of spa services, promotions, and packages Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner Keep front desk and reception area clean and organized Support retail product sales and assist in inventory management Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle transactions accurately Professional and friendly demeanor Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Housing is not available for this position.
