Sports Coaches

Camp Walt Whitman is seeking athletic coaches and instructors for Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Golf, Hockey, Gymnastics, and Fitness . Athletics coaches need to be able to operate successfully and responsibly without constant supervision. Also important is the ability to excite, instruct, and coach a wide variety of interests and skill levels in the same age group. The modeling of good sportsmanship and positive coaching are central to what we do at Camp Walt Whitman. Gain experience coaching our campers in inter-camp tournaments, often playing three games in one afternoon. In addition to the main sports, the athletics program loves to offer “exotic” sports such as Field Hockey, Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee, and Aussie Rules football, among others.
