The Portfolio You will be the face of industry-leading innovators and heritage brands, driving sales for a diverse mix of technical gear, lifestyle apparel, and travel solutions: Thule: Global leader in cargo carriers, racks, and active lifestyle gear. Mountain Hardwear: Premier high-performance apparel and equipment for climbers, mountaineers, and outdoor athletes. prAna: Sustainable, versatile clothing for climbing, yoga, travel, and adventure. Katadyn Group: Market leaders in water filtration and purification solutions for backcountry and marine use. Paka: Revolutionary functional alpaca wool apparel. Key Responsibilities Territory Management: Strategically manage existing accounts and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the Southeast territory across outdoor, bicycle, beach, and resort channels. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed seasonal pre-booking targets and drive in-season re-orders (ASAP business). Brand Advocacy: Conduct technical clinics and staff training sessions to ensure retail associates are experts on our brands’ technologies and stories. Visual Merchandising: Work with retailers to ensure product presentation meets brand standards, optimizing sell-through. Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback to agency leadership regarding market trends, competitor activity, and product performance. Events: Represent Flamand Sports and our brands at regional consumer events, demos, and trade shows. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the outdoor, active lifestyle, or resort industries. Location: Must reside in the Southeast and be willing to travel extensively (60%+ travel required) throughout the states. Skills: Strong understanding of retail math, inventory management, and B2B sales cycles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. Affinity: A genuine passion for the outdoors, cycling, or water sports is essential to authentically connect with our customers. Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting samples and event materials (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).
