Vice President of Finance

SUMMARY The VP of Finance is a senior leader responsible for overseeing all financial activities of Grand Targhee Resort, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, cash management, and financial reporting. Reporting to the General Manager and serving as a key member of the Senior Staff Team, this role provides strategic financial leadership to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. The VP of Finance partners closely with senior leaders, ownership, and external stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans, inform enterprise-level decision making, and strengthen financial discipline across the organization. This role is expected to establish modern, agile financial practices while balancing fiscal responsibility with the Resort’s commitment to exceptional guest and employee experiences.
