Waterfront Director + Unit Head

Provide leadership and oversight for all waterfront operations at Pinecrest Lake, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging experience for campers and staff. This role includes creating and managing lifeguard schedules, mentoring and supervising waterfront staff, and leading all lake-based programming including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and water mats. The Waterfront Lead is responsible for upholding Pinecrest’s water safety standards and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and preparedness. Previous lifeguard experience is required.
