Watersports Manager

Applicants must be available from May through August or later.  Subsidized housing available. Watersports Managers and Assistant Managers help coordinate daily rentals, supervise crew, and play a key role in keeping our equipment, dock, and operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment where a lot is happening at once. This role is often combined with our jet ski tour guide position, and candidates must also be comfortable conducting pontoon rental orientations for guests before departure. Extensive watersports, boating, and management experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings strong leadership, organization, and a positive attitude. Managers and assistant managers may have a more focused role based on specific skill set, e.g. sailing manager, maintenance manager. Responsibilities include: Coordinating daily rental flow and conducting safety orientations Supervising and supporting crew on the dock and in the yard Conducting pontoon boat orientations for guests Leading jet ski tours Helping maintain and organize equipment and rental fleet Ensuring a smooth, safe, and professional guest experience Leadership, organization, accountability, and excellent customer service skills are essential in this position.
