The ideal wrangler candidate will demonstrate both excellent customer service and strong horsemanship skills.  Wranglers report to the head wrangler and lead and a variety of guest activities.  Wranglers facilitate these activities by asking thoughtful questions to create more purpose. We will begin reviewing applications and scheduling interviews in mid-January! Qualifications and Educational Requirements Strong horsemanship skills Customer service experience Ability to work with guests and staff in a team environment Working, horseback riding, and driving vehicles in inclement weather conditions Adult First Aid & CPR Preferred Skills Basic Veterinary Skills Towing trailers Operating skid-steers and tractors Fly-fishing and shooting instructions Roles and Responsibilities Leading Activities Horseback rides Tacking and untacking guest horses Assist participants on and off their horses Provide riding instructions to participants before and during trail rides Leading trial rides while maintaining a high level of safety Trail rides are two to three hours long and
