Join Raven's Rim Adventure Park, where red rock cliffs meet adrenaline and awe. We're not your average zip line crew. We're building a full-scale adventure experience with UTV-accessed zip lines, rock climbing, rappelling, and Via Ferrata tours that showcase Moab's raw beauty and unmatched terrain. We're looking for guides who are ready to grow with us - and who believe in showing up with curiosity, grit, and accountability. What You'll Do As a zip line and Adventure guide, you'll lead guests on unforgettable tours through our private canyons and property. You will: Drive rugged UTVs on off-road trails to access the course Clip in, send, and stop guests on our multi-line zip tour Deliver safety briefings and post-tour wrap-ups Offer natural & cultural interpretation of the area Inspect and maintain gear and systems daily Provide encouragement, confidence, and fun You'll play a key role in helping people face fears, push limits, and make lifelong memories. Our Expectations You show up 20 minutes before the start time of each tour You are physically fit, heat/cold tolerant, and mentally alert You are cool under pressure and good with people You take ownership, both as an employee and as a guide Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license Comfortable driving off-road UTVs (training provided) Prior ropes course, guiding, or climbing experience = big plus Pay & Tips You'll earn 50/tour or $14/hour, whichever is greater. Each tour should take 2.5 hours; tours are spaced 3 hours apart Most guides run two tours per day You can work as many days a week as you'd like Tips are encouraged, many guests are generous, but not always; be prepared for both Group sizes are 4-12 participants Tips are split evenly between the two guides on each tour Season Dates Full season: Feb 23, 2026- Nov 22, 2026 Spring season: Feb 23, 2026 - June 15, 2026 Training: 5 days total: 3-day zip line training, 1-day UTV driving, 1-day via ferrata training ($400 for 5 days) Three shadow shifts to demonstrate competnency along side a senior guide (paid $25 per tour) Training starts Feb 23, 2026 Sound like your kind of ride? and join us to build something epic!
